Parsec is proud to announce that Roger A. James was recently recognized for the second year in a row on Forbes’ 2022 list of best-in-state wealth advisors. James is a partner at Parsec and serves as Parsec’s director of trust services.
Of the 86 financial advisors recognized in WNC, Roger was ranked the #1 advisor from Asheville.
Forbes’ lists are curated by SHOOK™ Research, which is completely independent and objective and does not receive compensation from the advisors, firms, the media, or any other source in exchange for placement on a ranking.
They received nearly 35,000 nominations and roughly half were invited to complete the survey. From there SHOOK™ researchers conducted more than 18,000 telephone interviews, virtual meetings and in-person interviews with finalists. The final list showcases approximately 6,500 advisors across the country.
Per their website, “The Forbes ranking of Best-In-State Wealth Advisors is based on an algorithm of qualitative criteria, gained through telephone, virtual and in-person due diligence interviews, and quantitative data. Those advisors that are considered have a minimum of seven years experience, and the algorithm weighs factors like revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience and those that encompass best practices in their approach to working with clients.”
