- Plan Management
The program, sponsored by the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA), a member organization of the American Retirement Association (ARA), prepares candidates for a proficiency examination on retirement planning concepts, terminology, and features of qualified plans as well as plan administration, compliance, investment, fiduciary and ethics issues.
“The CPFA helps to both demonstrate my commitment to high service standards to our clients and prospects, as well as deepen conversations about best practices and fiduciary duties to the plan and its participants,” Nolan said.
