WXII 12 News: Child Tax Credit 2022: What parents need to know before filing this year

Judson Meinhart was interviewed by WXII 12 News about child tax credits.

“Judson Meinhart, a Senior Financial Adviser at Parsec Financial, said for those with children under the age of 17 and who qualify for the advance payment, it’s likely payments of $250 to $300 per child on a monthly basis have been received beginning in July and ending in December.

Meinhart said this was an advance payment that is usually received on a tax return and 50% of that child tax credit was paid out in advance …”
