Daniel Johnson is a Certified Financial PlannerTM practitioner and has earned the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of North Carolina-Asheville. Prior to joining Parsec in 2013, Daniel held many different roles at a state-wide credit union in NC. He is a member of the National Association of Professional Financial Advisors, where he is currently the Committee Chair for the NAPFA Genesis committee. In addition, he is also a member of the Financial Planning Association. Daniel is actively involved in the Winston-Salem community and currently serves on the board of members at the William G. White Jr. YMCA. Additionally, he is a member of the rotary club of Winston-Salem. At Parsec, Daniel specializes in working with individuals and families that work in the medical/dental field, own closely held businesses or have significant real estate exposure. He enjoys working through complex estate and tax planning issues with clients, finding the optimal long-term solution. Daniel and his wife have three boys, all two years apart.
